We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances. By placing an order, you agree to our shipping policy and acknowledge that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Shipping Timeline

• All products at The Kyoto Vibe are made to order. Processing time for each order is 3-7 business days, depending on order volume and product type.

• Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5-12 business days for domestic orders (within India) and 7-21 business days for international orders.

Shipping Fees

• Domestic Shipping (India): ₹70 (Free shipping on orders above ₹100).

• International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

Order Tracking

• A tracking link will be sent to your registered email once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Customs and Duties

• International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.

Delayed or Lost Packages

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at  support@thekyotovibe.com.

• If an order is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors, building security, or your local post office before reaching out to us.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

• Certain remote areas may have limited delivery services, leading to extended shipping times.
